Img23.png Report Cover  Note the space located for the Client and the Practitioner information.

It is very unusual for Iridology software instructions to be placed on a website.

We have taken this unpresidented step to show how easy it is to operate the EyeRis software.

EyeRis

Welcome to EyeRis

This program provides you with:

1)     An Iris chart overlay for quick identifications of organs and zones.

2)     Facility to mark areas that need attention and keep a record of the number and severity of the markings.

3)     Client report generating facility that automatically composes a report, printing information and recommendations on how to improve the patient’s health.

4)     Storage of patient’s details and report for later comparison.

5)     Full colour Iris chart with 12 body system charts colour separated to show just the areas that are relevant to that system.

6)     A supplement schedule and practitioner recommendations sheet for the patient.

7)     Complete supplement solution catalogue with dozens of great powdered formulas for efficient absorption into the body.

8)     Order form for faxing and emailing your order for products at wholesale prices.

The REPORT BOOKLET is generated on the basis of what you find in the iris, AUTOMATICALLY, using the iris grid (overlay in black, white or invisible) You  just click on the areas that need attention.

The text with advice that is prepared for that organ or zone will then be printed as part of the REPORT.

This is how the REPORT booklets will be produced:

The COVER PAGE is printed with your clients name in the top window and your name address phone number, slogan etc of your choice in the bottom window.

The first page is the iridology story. (This may be deleted for returning patients)

The following pages are printed only if you have marked the iris or ticked the boxes.

Supplements you recommend are set out in a easy to follow manner on the supplement page  and may be put on the fridge or other prominent place by your client.

The notes and recommendations for your client are printed on the notes page.

The final page may be the Eye-Chart page, giving the client an opportunity to look at their iris photographs and have some interest in their own healing.

The booklet can be printed on your own printer and stapled together or with a simple gadget you can use the hot-glue binding folders.

Comb and spiral binding is possible if you have the equipment.

As you can see this report may be used in the clinic or for quick consultations like at health shows.

In the clinic the well presented report will give the client confidence in your ability to assist with their healing and it gets the patient involved in improving their own health.

 EyeRis

Thank you for using the EyeRis program.

The aim of the program is:

1) To provide you with an interactive UNIVERSAL  iris chart with 12 body system flash card charts.

2) Provide an interactive report printing facility that gives the patient information about their health, changes to make and  which supplements to take to improve their health.

3) Provide a Supplement schedule and additional practitioner notes  for the patient.

4) Provide a technical, “practitioners only” manual for easy reference.

The program you have received has prepared text for many of the organs and zones of the body. This program is in its early stages and, we would like your input to improve the report and the program

In fact you are able to have your own custom recommendations based on YOUR experiences and training by typing the relevant sections and sending us the file by email. We will than send you an update that incorporates all your recommendations and ideas relating to the organ and condition.

You will notice that we have not included all the elaborate graphic tricks and novel images that is part of some other iris programs. This has been done on purpose so that the operation of the program can be simple but effective without padding that is seldom used.

The other important difference is that with EyeRis YOU are the one that is doing the diagnosing not a computer, that is programmed to calculate colour differences. You are in full control what the patient will have in the report ! There is a supplement schedule and a section for your notes and recommendations from the practitioner to the client. In some cases products are recommended based on over 30 years of clinical practice. Many of these productsmay be ordered at wholesale prices. Also on this disc you will find a catalogue of very effective supplements, most in, easy to absorb, powder form. We recommend that you try some of these outstanding products. We have had great  results with these products.

The cover page has been designed for a professional appearance, the patient’s name will appear on top of the page and all your practitioner particulars will appear on the bottom of the cover. Please use photo paper for this page. On the first page of the report booklet we have included a basic history of iridology for patients new to this modality, the text is exactly one page long, so by using the normal print function window you can omit the  page if it is not required.  An iris chart can also be printed to form part of the report.

We strongly recommend that you bind the pages into a booklet. The benefit of the extra cost will no doubt be a bonus as the patient will show the report to family and friends. A simple hot glue binder costs very little and is easy to operate. Comb and spiral binding use a punching and binding machine that costs a little more just  ($39.95 and the full metal unit with combs and covers $ 59.95 from www.DealsDirect.com.au)

systemThe iris chart that is included with your program is designed by Micki Jones renowned iridology instructor. By clicking on the coloured dot of a system the relevant chart will pop up with just the areas of that particular  coloured-in. Click anywhere else to show the full chart.  This is great for teaching and showing the patients.

Please keep us informed when you change your email address so we can let you know about updates to the program.

EyeRis tm Installing:

Place the disk in the CD slot and wait for the window Version 1.2 (D) to appear with a yellow folder or other icon marked Version 1.2 EyeRis. Double click the icon. Next you see a window with 7 icons being displayed. Click on Setup.exe A window with Preparing to install will appear and than Welcome to the EyeRis installation program Click <NEXT>  Selecting installation folder click <NEXT>. Confirm installation window, Click NEXT The program will now install. Watch the bar graph for 1 ¾ minute and a window displaying Installation complete will appear click< CLOSE>  and an icon will be placed on your desktop.

Starting the program:

Double click the EyeRis icon and the Welcome window will appear Click <OPEN>

An image file should now be displayed  e.g. ‘lifecamfiles.

Select the required file name by double clicking e.g. 2008-05-09-12345.jpg (right iris) (These are the default file numbers. You may have renamed these to something like Mrs Johnson right iris before)

To place the left and right iris side by side click <OPEN> again and select the left iris e.g. 2008-05-09-12346.jpg Place the cursor on the Lh eye window top bar and hold the  Lh mouse button down; now move the window to the right of the right eye. Make sure the blue top bar of each window shows the correct information male/female right/left iris  (To change used the “side” and “gender”  icons). Only ONE window is active at the time, indicated by the ‘lit’ bar on the top of the window, Single click on the other window to activate it.

Click  <GRID> to place the overlay and adjust the size and location of the image and the grid  by using the tools provided.      (see separate sheet for instructions)

Adjust  the stomach, ANW, IPB and pupil sizes to suit. Move the pupil right or left if the pupil is offset . A nice idea in ‘EyeRis’ is the feature of being able to rotate the image of the iris when the picture is not horizontal i.e. 12 o’clock is not on top.

However too many rotations back and forth can severely distort the image. When this has happened you need to restore the iris image. Click <X> and reload  a fresh image  (make sure to (again) name the window correctly) e.g. male/left

After you have set up both grids to fit the iris correctly, you can double click areas of interest. If the grid bothers you click <GRID>  to make the overlay invisible, while all zones are still active.

Double click to place a marker dot in an area of interest. A different colour dot may be selected from the menu to indicate the severity of the deficiency.(Right click to pop-up the menu) Placing of dots in an area will produce the prepared text for that organ to be printed in the report. (The severity of the marker is only used for the practitioner’s statistical report not for the main client report)

After you have marked all the areas of concern select <REPORT> from the top tool bar than ‘diagnostics’ ‘New report’. Enter all details in the contact window. The Name entered here will be the name printed on the report’s front page. (Double check please that on the bottom of the window the details are correct and  both the R and L eye files are listed, if you have used the twin window screen) If you have only used one iris than only there will be only one file shown.

Iris colour and constitution:

This is the first window that needs completing.

We have used the Bernard Jensen and Dorothy Hall terminology for its simplicity. Professional terms are great between practitioners but these terms mean nothing to a patient. The analogy with cloth was a geniusly  simple idea used by Dorothy hall.

Blue eyes include Lymphatic/Neurogenous constitutions and Mediterranean Brown includes Biliary/Mixed Brown.

Brown = True Brown or Hematogenic.

The ratings used are from 0-5 and an analogy with cloth as per Dorothy Hall is used. Ticking a box will cause the report to print the relevant text.

IPB Assimilation ring

Select Black or (copper) brown and the appearance of the ring and the relevant text will be printed.

Stomach

Select normal – hyper – hypo.

Acidity, Lymph, catarrh, radii solaris, nerve rings

Area 2 properties

Arcus senilis, cholesterol/sodium ring, anaemia, poor circulation, toxins, psoric spots, animation of life, dizziness centre.

Toxicity/liver properties

The Toxicity/liver window gives you an opportunity to include these items even if they where not ticked in the iris. (You may feel that a liver cleanse is appropriate)

Gall bladder/testes/ovaries

You may select these organs if you like them to appear in the report although not being ticked in the iris.

Thyroid/breast

Again these areas are available to be ticked by you if relevant.

If you specifically like certain text,  for organs not listed here, to appear go back to the iris and double click that area in the iris.

Printing:

To prevent paper wastage the default in the print window is “do not print” you need to un-tick that box to print the report.

The next window is the supplement schedule  the patient can keep this sheet handy to remind them to take all the pills and potions on time.

The final window allows you to enter notes and recommendations for your patient.

When you click <finish> the reports will be prepared (this may take a minute or so) Page up and down will get you to all pages.

Press <select printer> and Un-tick the “No Printer” box to print the document. Please use some nice paper for the cover.
